My lockdown project...

I was bored, hadn't seen another human in months (other than my wife) so was looking for things to do in the garage.  I had a 600 SRAD engine with worn rings, so I replaced the rings and cam chain with genuine ones from Suzuki.  Then I started to buy bits off Ebay, a frame here, a wheel there. 18 months later I had a bike. I mot'd it last year, rode it for the summer, nothing major, just a few hundred miles.

This winter I have spayed the wheels, and all of the bodywork, applied a sticker kit and fitted a brand new set of Pirelli Diablo Supercorsas V3.

I MOT'd it yesterday, no advisories.  It's ready to ride, whether a 30 minute ride home, or to Scotland (I'm in Sussex).

Good bits:
All bearings greased or new
Sublime gearbox
Brand new rings
New camchain
Carbs ultrasonic cleaned 6 months ago
New paint for all panels, incuding the tank, fairing support and head stock.
New stickers (pattern)
Pyramid hugger, sprayed in the same Suzuki white
New Pirelli Diablo Supercorsas V3 tyres
Rebuilt 6 pot calipers, all pistons free and rubber greased.  Any pistons that showed rust were replaced with stainless ones.
Comes with pillion seat and rear cover.
New coolant, new fully synthetic oil
New chain and Sprockets
New rear discs
The front discs are original, however zero wear, no lips and measure as new.

Less good bits
A couple of small marks on the front mudguard where I caught it on the stand.
Paint is not perfect.  I'm an amateur painter and it's come out pretty well, but the masking could be better and there's a couple of small marks.  I'm being quite critical though, look at the pictures. :-)
The headlight had broken lugs which I've repaired and is water tight and solid.
There's the odd fitting that is rusty, nothing major but if I was keeping it I'd be replacing them for prettier ones.

Any questions, drop me a message.  I won't be stopping the auction early though, thanks for asking. ;-)

Bidding to buy, not to kick the tyres.

Collection from Rustington only.

Payment by bank transfer or cash.  Transfer must clear before the keys are handed over.  No Paypal.

Lastly, I am travelling to China on the 13th May til the 1st June, so the bike needs to be collected before or after then.
