All phones have batteries, but their condition and functionality are unknown, except for the following:

No original packaging or other accessories are included. The cosmetic condition of the phones varies, please see photos for details

Shipping: Winning items will be posted within 1 working day of receiving payment. Postage will be combined on multiple purchases. (To Non-UK customers: postage will be combined on items up to 2 kgs in weight. Any item exceeding 2 kgs will be posted in a separate parcel e.g. if two suits are won by the same international bidder, they may be posted in two parcels)

Returns/Refunds: We hope you are delighted with your purchase. Please leave fab reviews and feedback. We are happy to refund your payment or exchange your purchase if there is anything wrong with it, or if for any reason you change your mind. However, your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. If your item is in its original condition, you may exchange it for a different size or colour. You will have to pay for the return shipping. We will only refund the original shipping that you paid on the order if there was a fault not described on the item. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
