I'm only the second owner from new and the van was previously owned by Fife Council and used as a community service vehicle.

Van was converted in 2019, fully insulated with 50mm Kingspan thermapitch insulation boards, then fully sealed with foil vapour barrier and then internally finished with 9mm boards wrapped in anthracite grey lining carpet and also has two roof vents/sky lights.

Van has proffesionaly upholstered comfortable leather seating area with table that folds in to the sleeping area that sleeps three adults comfortably, plenty of storage units at head height, below the seating area and kitchen work tops as in the photos.

Electrically the van comes with the options for external power supply plug in for campsite ect thats ran through a fuse box as in photos or has a leasure batterie for wild camping thats charged from a split charge relay whilst driving and is also constantly charged from a solar panel thats fixed to the roof of the van and operated via a 1200w Pure Sine Wave power inverter. All electrics in the van are 12v for minimum power usage and these are 12v night heater, 12v Dometic fridge/freezer, 12v down lights, 12v water pump, 12v Kettle and a 12v 20" LG flat screen TV on a swivel armed bracket.

The cooking facilitys in the van is a Smev black glass lid double hob cooker with sink and collapsable tap with fresh water bottle for tap feed and waste bottle for the waste water, the hob is fed from a Butane gas bottle thats stored in an individual sealed cupboard with two gas escape vents.

Amazing van to drive with very low miles everything still feels stiff and new the vans been painted in a hardened anthracite grey paint , we also done the North Coast 500 and we we're very surprised at the fuel economy of the van. As you can see from the photos and the description there was no expense spaired whilst converting the van.

The vans stills registered as a van as the DVLA has been rejecting van V5 conversions since 2019 for an unexplained reason, the question was even raised in parliament  on why this was happening with no explanation still plenty of insurance companies allowing you to insure converted vans as camper vans I'm currently insured with Adrian Flux.
