Clean, smoke-free environment,
lot of 820+/- football cards, used,
condition varies - in my opinion (please see below), cards may have gum stains on the back side,
there are duplicates, no water damage,
occasional soft corners, weighing approximately 3 pounds for shipping purposes (USPS Priority Mail), and the football cards are all bright in colors.
