The Washburn University Department of Music presented two Broadway stars in performance at Washburn for a special concert held on April 17, 2015.

Jeff Kready -- a 2005 Washburn alum -- and current lead of the 2014 Tony winner for best musical, A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, and his wife, the very talented Nikki Renée Daniels, female lead in the Book of Mormon which won the 2011 Tony for best musical, brought Broadway in the Heartland to the public.
