Listing for US only.  If you are outside the US and want to bid, please contact me for a quote on international shipping to your country.  Shipping cost includes $1.00 for packing materials such as bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts, etc., plus the trip to the post office.  I can also charge the buyer to add shipping insurance if requested.
