no rips runs stains

good color very little fading to it 

elastic stretch is good in waist not stretched out of shape still flexible

the leg openings are stretched out some what but there is still a little elasticity left in them 

I think these are from the 60s era but I could be wrong

sent from my non smoking and no pets home
