The eye-contacting element of finder is covered with wide-spread fungus, making the finder a little hazy overall when you look into it, but not affecting the view or shooting.       
No fog, no scratch, no separation.

It works properly. The light meter, indication inside the finder, shutter, dials, self-timer all work fine.
