It is a well made costume.  There is padding in the front chest area and on the arms.  The belt on the front does not come off, but it does have  the buckle part that will unbuckle.  Also on the belt there are some very small pockets with hook and loop closures.

The back of the costume also has hook and loop closures down the back.  

I also love the bright colors on this costume.  Included is the bodysuit, a headpiece with a hook and loop closure, and a pair of gloves.  

This costume is in pretty good condition with some light wear to it.  If you look at the last 3 pictures you can see that on the top front part there is a very tiny snag and a white spot at the top left of the belt buckle.  In the last 2 pictures you can see the knees up close.  One knee does have some very light stains.  

Measurements are laid flat across the front armpit to armpit a little over 14".  

On the waist is about 13 1/2".  Leg inseam is about 21".
