Description:

A Brutalist metal sculpture by American sculptor Robert Fillous (1913-1993). Made of steel, the sculpture features an intentionally distressed and hammered crescent moon affixed to a wood base. A flower like blossom of crystal and pyrite are raised within the center of the moon. The sculpture is signed “Robt. V. Fillous” to the base.  

Measurements:

17” W x 20.25” H x 5.75” D.

Condition:

Minor scratches to the surface of the wood base. Chip to the corner of the base. Some other age appropriate wear.
