Nikon described the type E focusing screens as a “Matte/ Fresnel field with 12mm fine-ground matte spot and etched horizontal and vertical lines. Ideal for architectural photography.” Their description vastly undersells how useful this focusing screen is especially considering that it works reasonably well with all lenses.

This particular screen is in fair condition — please examine the photos as I have made sure to highlight both the good and the bad. As can be seen in the photos the screen has signs of wear throughout but is still very functional.
