This is a very nice Feltman Brothers bubble romper in size Newborn. The tag that says the size is missing but it is 13 1/2" from the top of the collar to the bottom.  It has a yellow background with flowers in the smocking. The flowers in the smocked part are embroidered. The material is 65% polyester and 35% cotton. It buttons in the front and has snap closures at the bottom. It is in very good to great condition.
