This TV powers on when plugged in and MENU button works. There is a high pitch frequency from the TV when plugged in which happens with most other CRT TVs. Condition overall is fair to good, there is surface scratches along the front and sides of the casing. Visible in images. TV comes with original remote and manuals. 

Known issues with the TV / Remote:

- The remote did NOT work with the TV when I changed the batteries out. Will need to be looked at / repaired.

- The Antenna in the back of the TV will need to be replaced. 

Any other issues are unknown. This TV bundle is being sold as is.
