This product is a souvenir sheet of stamps issued by Hungary in 1960 to commemorate the International Philatelic Congress held in Warsaw. The sheet features four stamps with a denomination of 3fo each, and four labels. The colors of the stamps are brown olive, bright violet, emerald, and bright blue. The sheet is in mint never hinged condition and has a very fine grade. It is uncertified.
