Benham first day cover with full set of commemorative ‘The Four Seasons, Springtime’ Stamps which were issued on 14 March 1995. 

The stamps are based on the theme The Four Seasons, Springtime. They are of plant sculptures by Andy Goldsworthy.

The Stamps are:-

25p Sweet Chesnut leaves

30p Garlic leaves

35p Hazel leaves

41p Spring grass.

This cover has the genuine hand signed signature of Johnny Morris, a Welsh television presenter, O.B.E.

Johnny Morris (1916-1999) starred in many television programmes for example, Animal Magic and was the wonderful narrator of 'Tales of the River Bank'.

He was the presenter of Animal Magic, the wonderful children’s programme for over 20 years.
