Hello... You will get exact items as pictured. I ran the printer and everything worked as it should but the ink cartridges are original and I'm sure there is an issue there. I believe with new ink cartridges it will work correctly. I took out the cartridges and took a picture. The black is dried up and the other had a little leak.
