Stunning, I think faux or cultured pearl necklace (approx 30" in length) with large pearl blister shell pendant, the pendant is edged in a silver metal, really unusual item, vintage 60's 70's, in good overall condition, some staining to the top part of the pearls (see 2nd pic), may come off if cleaned, apart from that in good overall condition.
