Worldwide Gaming, Inc. unconditionally warranties all used items for 30 days from [paid] customer receipt, except for the following:

1. GLASS - broken, cracked, chipped, or otherwise damaged
2. LIGHT BULBS (fluorescent or incandescent)
3. ANY damage caused in transit
4. ANY damage caused by buyer after receipt
5. MONITORS - LCD or CRT
6. Customer changes made to machine - physical, software, or programming
7. Items used for purposes they were not originally designed for
