Lovely set of antique French silver, which consists of 2 beakers and one napkin ring. 950 standard, made in France.
Both beakers are decorated with floral patterns. Taller beaker has guilloche decoration and engraving "Louisette", other has initials J.C.V.C.
Napkin ring is decorated with cartouche.
"Louisette" beaker was created by Adolphe Boulenger, well-known Parisian silver manufacturer. Founded in 1810 by M. Boulenger-Hautin, the goldsmith company initially bore the name Hautin. Adolphe Boulenger, the founder's nephew, assumed control of the business in 1864 and rebranded it as A. Boulenger & Cie. In 1869 and 1871, Adolphe Boulenger established a metallurgy plant in Créteil, where 60 craftsmen were employed by 1902. Following Adolphe's passing in 1898, his son Charles Boulenger took over and renamed the business Ch. Boulenger & Cie. Boulenger was a significant supplier of silverware to the French National Marine, specializing in cutlery, tea and coffee services, and tableware. The company garnered numerous awards at various universal and international fairs, including Paris 1925, Cairo 1929, and Antwerp 1930.

- "J.C.V.C." beaker: HMB with shaving tool (Henri and Marcel Barbier, 1922)
- Napkin ring: P.MASSAT with lyre (Paul Massat, 1877-1885, was succeeded by Massat Freres in 1890s)
The condition is very good, with traces of age and usage, age stains, dents, small curvatures.
