All-over graphic print of the designer's signature chains and skulls and flowers all on a white background.  Skull and skeleton hands on the front above the logo.  Crystal-studded embellishment on the left side and on each side of the chest and skull's teeth and eyes.  Some of these studs are missing but 95% are intact.  See photos for details 

Colorful large back print with CHARMED LIFE across the bottom under a chalice of flowers and diamonds.  

There is a small hole in the right armpit seam.  See photos for details. 

Overall it's a nice garment.  It fits narrow so be sure to measure what you wear now to compare with the measurements given.  All measurements are made while laying flat.
