found this in a house I cleaned out in Laurel Canyon.  I don't know anything about it.  Made in People's Republic of China (post 1949) by HSingHai.  Seems to be in perfect condition.  I don't know how it works.  the base I think is brass, coated with silver or chrome, it has worn off a bit on the bottom and you can see the brass.  There is natural patina on the metal, I did not try to clean it at all. 

reeds are up to 19".  ONE is missing the small brass piece at the bottom.  The reeds are loose, you have to put them together in the right order. 

I have no idea what it's worth.  I couldn't find any online.
