Description

180ML37GBSP w/Jerome Callet Leadpipe 1994 Overview]
Vincent Buck B-flat trumpet. Modified based on gold brass one-piece 37 bell, steel wire bead, ML bore, silver plated finish. Instrument weight 1205 grams. Serial number 42xxx, made in 1994. No accessories. Sold as body only.

[Condition.]
There is one crack repair mark on the bell bead winding part. Other than that, it is in beautiful condition with no noticeable scratches or plating loss. The inside of the pipe has been cleaned, soft parts have been replaced (*), and all parts have been serviced and inspected.
The inner felt of the piston is made of pressed felt that we order for Bach. The thickness of the felt has been fine-tuned to suit the individual.

Modified/replaced parts: Mouthpiece receiver and lead pipe are Jerome Carre (model unknown). The main tuning tube was made by M/K Drawing of the U.S.A. The inner tube of the No. 3 valve branch tube and the insert tube were replaced with the reverse phase, the blaze position was moved (*), and the finger hook was replaced with a movable type so that it can be operated on the upper side as usual. Amado water key added at the end of the No. 3 outlet pipe. Piston button and valve upper and lower caps are made by BUZZ. (Original parts before modification are not included).
The idea is to improve the flow of breath, response, and pitch balance by removing the braze from the blow-in tube (below the main tuning tube) attached to the lower side of the 3rd slide tube and connecting it to the upper side. Jerome named it The 3rd Slide Conversion and incorporated it into his products from 2000 onward.

[Features]
A customized version of the 180/37 gold brass bell, the standard long-selling model of the Buck B-flat trumpet, with Jerome Carré's ideas boldly incorporated into it. It is believed that a considerable amount of money was spent to modify it to this extent. Thanks to the previous owner's bold spirit of challenge!
