Here is a large, folded, 1898 City of Sheboygan, Wisconsin street map that was made by the Wisconsin Telephone Co. It shows "Present Runs, Proposed New Runs and Wires on Electric Light Poles." It measures about 35" x 23 1/2" with multiple folds (see photos). The back side is blank.
