This auction is for Batman #416 from 1988.  Written by Jim Starlin with art by Jim Aparo.

In Batman #416, Nightwing is not exactly pleased that Batman has taken on a new Robin, but realizes that it is about time he patched things up with Batman at least. He hears the story of how Jason Todd came to be Robin and accepts the boy, helping him crack a drug ring; as he does so, he makes sure Robin has someone to talk to if his relationship with Batman should suffer. The first caption in this story is 'One Year Ago' and it is pegged at eighteen months since Dick Grayson's career as Robin came to an end. 

I'm an individual collector selling off his private, well-preserved collection.  I’m not a professional grader, but I consider this comic in VF/NM condition.
