This is a nice box, that I believe I can say is in good used condition. There are scratches, small dings and some light rust. Also some paint and finish rubbings and loss, nothing terrible. The handle is a hard plastic. The handle brackets show some rust that could be addressed, if wanted. The inside of the tray shows ware, but not terrible.
