Please review all pictures for overall condition and size, as this helps form the overall condition/description of the item. Wear is consistent with age and use. Back cover has detached but is easily repairable by a restorer. One of the flip ups has some tearing from use but is still OK. Pictures will detail overall wear well. Pages are strong overall and feel good to flip through. All of the flip-ups/pop-ups are intact. An excellent example of this book, it was well cared for.
