Offered is a vintage Beatles EP record titled "Penny Lane" from 1969 on the Parlophone label in Australia. The record (GEPO 70045)  is in near mint condition, sleeve is excellent. This is a repressing of the EP which was released the previous year with a different sleeve.

Following the Magical Mystery Tour EP, Parlophone Australia decided to release this EP. On the front of the sleeve the record company bizarrely used a photo of the group taken by Roger Whitaker in October 1964 that was used on the cover of the December 1965 UK release of the EP The Beatles’ Million Sellers. The photo symbolizes Spring.
