If you choose to purchase through PayPal, before completing the order, the customer will be redirected to the service login page. The amount relating to the order will be charged to the PayPal account or to the card linked to it at the time the order is acquired.

In case of cancellation of the order by the customer, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account or to the card connected to it within 7 days of making the payment.

 

CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL

In case of cancellation of the order by the customer, the amount will be refunded to the customer's card within 7 days of making the payment.

 

The customer will be able to make the credit only after receiving the e-mail containing the bank details from Oreste Troso Jewelry.

 

Oreste Troso Jewelery reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion.

The Oreste Troso Jewelery guarantees the authenticity of all the products in the catalog and the maximum quality of all the materials used in manufacturing. Furthermore, each jewel is guaranteed on the authenticity of the precious stones and the fineness of the precious metal.

All items on sale are new, never used or worn and accompanied by a guarantee certificate attesting to their authenticity.

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All the products sold by us are accompanied by a guarantee certificate which certifies their authenticity and all the fundamental characteristics.

• Product warranty repair is a free service.
• The warranty becomes void in the event of improper use or tampering with the object.
• Warranty repair times vary between brands. Times can vary from 15 to 60 working days.
• All jewelery and watches are accompanied by a guarantee certificate from the manufacturer and are guaranteed by it for 24 months, as well as by the information in the appropriate guarantee booklet. It may happen that some brands or some objects have longer warranty times.

Package the goods carefully, if possible use the original packaging in which you received the product, alternatively use another resistant cardboard box, without forgetting to include the documentation provided by us inside the package.

The refund will be made via the original payment method.

The right of return for replacement or refund is not applicable to personalized products, i.e. subjected to, for example, engraving or embossing processes. This will not, however, affect your rights in relation to personalized products that are faulty or not as described.
