This is a classic one of a kind hat. I could not find another like it online. Judging from the hat itself and the classic Kmart tag, I would say it is 70s or 80s.  It has a bonus lapel pin that is above the ND on the front of the hat. I am not sure if the leprechaun and shamrock were added or original. Either way, they are awesome. The size tag says small/medium but it is adjustable and one size fits all/most.
