Antique (?) Northwest Coast Button Blanket "Shaman /Bear Transformation" (?)

Here is a beautiful NWC small  shell button and cut wool adorned blanket/ dance apron which has an amazing and mysterious theme

I have always thought it was a shaman with rattles  transforming into a bear? That is a known theme in Native arts.

Note, it has 3 remaining thimble fringe dangles, 2 hanging and one detached

 they may offer a strong clue in dating the piece

It is well kept but 2 old moth graze punctures are found near the left leg but aren't that noticeabl

The wool blanket is 20 x 25" with 13" ties
