SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Items are dispatched within 24 hours once payment has cleared. We do not ship on weekends and bank holidays.

We will only send replacement items once the parcel company confirms the item is lost. This can take up to 21 days. For urgent deliveries within the UK we recommend Special Delivery as it is a guaranteed service (except for weekends). Tracked delivery aims to deliver within 2-3 days but this is not a guaranteed service. We cannot be held responsible for delaysby the parcel company.

In special circumstances this may not be possible.

International orders: Sent by Royal Mail Airmail.

RETURNS

As per distance selling regulations, please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you wish to return your item as unwanted for a refund. Once you have received returns authorization, the unwanted item must be returned to us within 7 days.

Items that are unwanted or ordered incorrectly must be returned in the same condition they were received in with the original packaging and all parts. The buyer will then receive a full refund butthey must cover return postage costs.

For all returns authorizations please contact us via eBay messaging and state the reason for return.

In the unlikely event that items are lost in the post we can send a replacement after 15 working days (21 days for International orders) but unfortunately.

For international customers please be aware if your item becomes faulty and you require us to replace the item, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, we cannot reimburse return postage costs. However we will send out the replacement at our cost.
