Postcards under $20 card value ship with a plastic sleeve in a semi-rigid cardboard mailer. These cards will ship via Ebay Standard Envelope (ESUS electronically sorted) shipping service, which includes limited tracking.
These ESUS deliveries may occasionally show as 'Delivered' prior to arrival as they are only scanned electronically at sorting points along the route, not at the point of delivery. A delivery date is estimated after the final sort; shipments that don't meet this date will show as 'Delivered' prior to arrival. When this occurs, most cards seem to arrive within 1-2 business days. Ship via USPS Ground Advantage service in a rigid mailer with additional cardboard protection, the card will be further protected in a plastic top-loader.
