Fire surround mantel is in lovely cherry wood veneer and has no marks or scratches
Back panel and hearth are in 20mm thick marble in pearl colour. . Both are very clean and in excellent condition.
Fire is a BeModern 120mm slimline fire with 1KW - 3.5KW heat output, and was in perfect working order when removed. All fire fixings and fitting instructions are with fire.
Fire and surround were removed as rarely used and chimney has now been removed from property.
