Used condition, does have some normal wear from use. Measurements are below. Review photos prior to purchase. The jacket and bibs have wear to them but are good to go. Padded knees in bibs- elastic on bibs is stretched out a bit but should adjust up fine. Perfect ice setup awesome embroidery.
