Here is the original Apple USB Keyboard and Apple USB Mouse, made in 1998 and sold with the original Bondi Blue iMac.  The keyboard, model M2452 aas an attached USB cable and a USB port on each end for attaching a mouse.  The mouse, model M4848, was Apple's first USB mouse, and the last with a rolling ball.  Both were unpopular due to design flaws.

The main problem with the keyboard is that the cable was too short for many users. The cable on this example is slightly frayed where it connects to the top of the case, probably because the original user kept attempting to pull the keyboard closer to his/her chair.   The M4848 mouse is still known as Apple's hockey puck mouse because of its perfectly round shape and tendency to rotate unexpectedly.

You will receive the exact keyboard and mouse pictured here.  I have tested them successfully on a Mac mini
