I am not a Barbie expert but I researched and consulted with some Barbie Experts that say this is a 1964 #8 ponytail Barbie. It does have the word "Patented" in the logo. She has had a hair cut.
The Barbie has had a haircut. There is a small scuff next to one ear on the face. The lower back has a small scuff. She is ready for someone to give her a makeover. Please see the photos and let me know if you need more pictures or info. . One ear appears to have an extra hole.
