NOS genuine GM head gasket, for Chevrolet 230 and 292 6cyl engines, part number 3825562.GM superseded 3852562 to 3869196 in Jan 1965. 3869196 was superseded to 3901016 in May 1968. 3901016 was superseded to 355754 in Nov 1977.
While these later part numbers will fit on the earlier cars, I'm not at all sure this early gasket will fit the later cars.
3825562 is listed for:
- 1963 - 1964 Chevrolet Biscayne, BelAir, Impala, Chevy II, Nova and Pickup
- 1964 - 1965 Pontiac Tempest and LeMans
The Chevrolet parts books of different years introduce a slight bit of confusion in their listings, as some books show this for just the 1963 Chevrolet 292cid 6cyl (in trucks), while other books show it for both 1963 and 1964. You'll have to take your best guess.
Brand new, never installed, but the package shown is not included. The package originally contained 5 head gaskets, and there were 2 in it when it left the dealership. I sent the package with the first one, so you'll be receiving the gasket only, no package.

A few words to make things easier.
1. Combined shipping for multiple auctions is always available, but when the auction is over, you will have to wait until I revise things in my eBay "paperwork" to create just one invoice for all your purchased auctions. 2. Payment is expected within 3 days. After 8 days, I will file with eBay to have my auction fees refunded. If there is a problem with 3 days, please let me know, as I am not unreasonable, and I know that things happen. Just be aware that having been on eBay full-time for several years has already afforded me an opportunity to hear a lot of "creative" stories.
