Ready-Assembled Furniture:
Ready-assembled furniture is not covered under the 30 day returns policy. Please ask as many questions as you want before committing to buy. Please also remember: making measurements is your responsibility, so we recommend you measure carefully, such as your door size to see if the item(s) can fit comfortably through, and also the area where the item(s) will be positioned once delivered.
Wrong Item Delivered:
If the wrong item has been delivered, we’ll accept full responsibility with apologies in advance. We’ll arrange to collect the wrong item free of charge, and have the correct item delivered on a priority service.
Mattresses:
Unless the mattress is faulty, once the original packaging has been removed, it cannot be returned for health and hygiene purposes. We strongly advise that you try the mattress on the bed with the packaging on first, and only remove the packaging once you’re happy with the product.
Please also remember, we recommend testing mattress firmness by lying down on the mattress with your body weight evenly distributed, as opposed to testing by hand. It can take at least 4 to 8 weeks for your body to adjust and mould into your new mattress.

Refunds:
We work in accordance to the Consumer Rights Act, and we are given 14 days to complete a refund from the date we and the customer come to an agreement that a refund will be required. The refund will therefore be issued:

Payment Policy:
We accept PayPal as our preferred and securest method of debit and credit card payments. Although you can choose to pay direct with your card or Apple Pay.
Please note we can only ship to the address which is on the original eBay sales record or PayPal transaction. We cannot ship to an alternative address that differs from the PayPal transaction. You will need to ensure that your delivery address of choice is updated before you place your order.
Incorrect Price:
If you believe a price is incorrect or looks disproportionate, please message us and we’ll provide further information.
Please note that if you place an order and in the unlikely event the price was incorrect, we reserve all rights to cancel your order (this is normal practice).
Alerts & Reservations:
Buying to reserve your product is the most recommended way of safeguarding your purchase, as out of stock products usually fly off the shelves within days and can take months for new stock to arrive. For this reason, we no longer send stock alerts or reminders to customers.
To avoid this disappointment, if you’d like to buy and reserve an out of stock product, please contact us and we’ll happily arrange this.

Although other eBay shops operate under a single phase direct-payment option, we’re different because there may be exceptional circumstances for customers (for example, purchasing to reserve an out of stock product).
When you commit to purchase, we view that you have read the item description and understood all related information. You will then have 48 hours to make payment. Unless there is a special agreement between us, if we don’t receive payment after 48 hours, our system will automatically raise a non-payment complaint to eBay.

Product Information:
We have rigorously simplified the user interface on our eBay shop with you in mind. We believe this information is correct and reliable, free from any misleading information. We therefore plausibly view that all purchases are made on the understanding that you have read the product description and all related policy information.
Any order cancellation requests citing misleading or inaccurate information will be issued with a refund accordingly. We will also thoroughly investigate this, and our system will report buyers to eBay should it be concluded that there was no misleading information. Please note if you decide to cancel after your order has been despatched and during delivery, this will result in a charge (varying depending on the product).
Out of Stock after Payment:
Once payment is made, we process your order immediately to ensure your goods are delivered on time. But there are rare occasions when we may be out of stock either for a brief period, or permanently (discontinued line). If any of these circumstances arise, we will notify you within 48 hours. We’ll explain when new stock is due to arrive and if you’re happy to wait. If you’d prefer not to wait, we’ll issue you a refund on the day you notify us, or the day after at the latest.
Warranty:
We are pleased to advise that all our products come with a minimum of 12-months warranty where you will receive dedicated product support from us and the manufacturer.
Some of our products also come with lifetime warranties, including our own handmade products. These are of exceptional quality and we have great confidence in all of them! Every order is rigorously quality checked and certified against damages, defects, and imperfections before we send them out to you. So, you can be rest assured that we’ve always got you in mind.

Our ultimate aim is to provide customers with top quality furniture, at great value prices, delivery on time and in one piece! We will not be shouting about speedy next day delivery as we know from experience this only causes mishandling of product as warehouses and carriers try to rush an order through.
On the other hand, we do want to get your order to you as quickly as possible and aim to do this in most cases within 1-2 working days, the exception will be 1.bespoke ready assembled furniture which is handmade and can take up to 4 weeks& 2. Orders that are 2-persons delivery which are booked in with the customer and take up to 5 working days (area dependent). And the most important bit of information…delivery is FREE!
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and courier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.
To maximise our opportunities on successfully delivering your order without delay, we require a minimum of a mobile no and email address for contacting purposes. All our deliveries are UK mainland only (we will confirm on the product page if we cover elsewhere) from Monday to Friday between 7am and 9pm. We use a variety of delivery firms to meet our customers’ needs, to name a few; DPD, XDP, UPS, Tuffnells, Panther. Below we have split our delivery processes into 3 sections; Standard 1-person delivery, Standard 2-persons delivery, Premium 2-persons delivery and Ready assembled furniture delivery.

Ready assembled furniture:
All our ready assembled furniture from the REDI FURNITURE brand is bespoke to what you want and handmade, in the UK of course! So this does take a little more time than our flat pack items but our aim is to get this to you as quickly as possible in pristine condition – usually within 4 weeks.

Restricted postcodes: If we can deliver your order to a restricted postcode then the following areas will incur an extra surcharge (will vary by product, see product page for more details); LD, LL, SY, SA, PL, TA, TQ, TR. Central Belt Scotland G, FK, KY, KA, ML, EH, DG, TD, Scottish Highlands AB, DD, IV, KW 1-14, PA 21-38, PH 1-26, 30-41, 49-50. BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, JE, KW, ZE.
We operate under the Consumer Contract Regulations of 2014 which replaced the Distance Selling Laws in 2013 (please see online for more detailshttps://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/regulation/consumer-contracts-regulations). Our aim is to provide you with the best quality products at the best price with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you decide to change your mind about your order and want to cancel it please try to notify us before the item is despatched (exclusions apply on made to order products). But if for any other reason apart from damages / faults you decide the product is not for you then please notify us within 14 days of receipt and we can arrange your return (this does not affect your statutory rights).
All returns apart from damaged / faulty must be returned back to us in the original packaging, unopened and pristine – basically in the condition they arrived. Please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it. Any returns received back not in the original condition the item was sent to you will result in a fair deduction off the refund.
Alternatively, we can safely arrange your return saving you all the hassle, this will be subject to a minimum admin charge, please note these charges will differ by product type and we will endeavour to make this clear on the product page. For damaged / faulty orders this charge does not apply and will be collected free of charge.
In the unlikely event that your item(s) are damaged during transit please make sure that you fully inspect them before signing for the receipt of your delivery as the insurance covered on the item(s) ends after delivery has been made. In all circumstances we ask customers to take photos of the box if you suspect any damage, this will help with our investigation on whether it was carrier damage or a manufacturing fault. Contact us within 24 hours and we will request pictures of the damaged item(s) so we can quickly investigate the cause and get a replacement part out to you free of charge. We reserve all rights on our decision to replace either damaged / faulty parts or a complete unit once we have completed our investigations – all will be done free of charge.
Please note all flat pack items that are assembled have been fully accepted by the customer and are not covered under our 30 day returns policy, unless a genuine fault has occurred after. Our carriers are not insured to carry such large items so we do advise to keep hold of the original packaging before commencing with assembly. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange collection of any assembled items that need inspecting, if we do find a fault at the time of despatch then all charges will be refunded to the customer. If the item(s) returned show signs of incorrect assembly which in turn caused the fault / damage then the item will be returned back to the customer and a return / exchange will be refused – all charges will be at the customer’s expense.
All made to order (ready assembled) are bespoke item(s) and are not covered under our 30 day returns policy. Please make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase, ask as many questions as you like before committing to a purchase, measure your door size so the item(s) fit through and measure the space where the item(s) will be placed once delivered. Failure to do this will result in all responsibility belonging to the customer and these items will be non-returnable. See damaged / faulty goods section for more information if you find any faults once delivered or any damages seen at the time of delivery. All bespoke items where they are personalised by the customer e.g. fabric and colour chosen specifically, then these are also non-returnable. Made to order items includes bedroom furniture, living room furniture, divan beds, tv beds, grandfather & grandmother clocks, wall & mantel clocks – all these will have made to order clearly stated on the product page.
If it's our fault and you have received the wrong item(s) we will arrange collection free of charge and make the necessary arrangements for the correct item to be delivered as a priority.
Please note that as with nearly all mattress retailers, these cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons if they have been removed from the original packaging. (Unless faulty). We strongly advise that customers that buy mattresses try them on their beds with the packaging on them first, and only remove the packaging when you are completely sure that you are happy with the product.
It takes time to get accustomed to anything new. In the case of a mattress, it’s somewhere around 30 days a.k.a ‘the break-in’ period so we ask you to be patient. Your body has been used to your old mattress for such a long time it will be a shock to the system when it lies on something new. Give it 40 days, from the time of delivery, to fully get used to the mattress.
Below are what we do not class as a defect or fault:
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back or 14 days after the day you provide proof of return.
