Annick Goutal was a former French model and a pianist who started her own beauty and perfume brand in 1980. After her death in 1999, she left a legacy of over 20 perfumes and her daughter Camille Goutal took over the company. Camille was guided by the values of her mother, her own memories growing up around gardens, and travel to many places. Each perfume captures a unique moment, an emotion, or a powerful remembrance associated with a place or a loved one. Recently the brand’s name has changed to “Goutal Paris” and the bottles are more contemporary with beautiful illustrations on the boxes, but the golden original bottles are being brought back for the 40th anniversary in 2021 in limited editions.

The fruity floral fragrance was created as a symbol of a mother’s love for her child. Petite Cherie or “my little darling,” was created by Annick Goutal for her daughter Camille. It is a fresh combination of fruity and floral ingredients including ripe white peach, musky rose, juicy pear, fresh cut grass and sweet vanilla that adds a gourmand touch. A lovely fragrance for day time and can be worn winter, spring, summer and fall.
