This Kathy Ireland  is one good brand of clothing second worse hit but the roof leak rat infested box the clothes frozen I was them all this came basically untouched. I have most respect Kathy Ireland quality. Every else was torn to spread in the box when wash.  Not sure what a woman use vest like this but is good brand if hit with light see some discoraration
