This "Gold" box contains Frontier Development's third edition in the Chris Sawyer-created series, RollerCoaster Tycoon 3, along with its first two expansion packs, Soaked and Wild. Running on a graphics engine that moves the series from 2D to 3D. RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 is designed to make good use of its new technology with numerous gameplay improvements and aesthetic additions, such as gradual day and night cycles, customizable fireworks displays, weather effects, and the chance for players to finally experience the rides they create from a first-hand perspective -- a longtime desire among (RCT) fans. RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Soaked! makes available a deluge of water-related equipment and accessories for virtual amusement park managers. Tycoons can install new attractions such as aquariums and dolphin performances, laser-light water programs, more than 50 additional rides, and even their own custom-designed waterfalls and swimming pools. The second expansion pack for the third RollerCoaster Tycoon game, Wild brings beastly rides, safari-themed attractions, and 20 species of exotic wild animals to players' virtual amusement parks. New "Jungle" and "Prehistoric" decorations help set the scene for the add-on's new amusements, and park goers can enjoy petting zoos and animal shows that can be custom-choreographed.
This is legacy software, and so please understand that it may or may not run on current operating systems such as Windows 10 or 11 without a software emulator. Also, it may run on current operating systems in compatibility mode, but that is not guaranteed. It is the buyer's responsibility to research and/or know their computer's specifications on whether or not this will run on their system. But with that said it is a great game at a great price.
