Here is a collectible art card with the red and silver "Pumpkin" motif, by avant-garde artist Yayoi Kusama. It has a fluid shape that makes it look as if it is dancing. This was purchased from the Victoria Miro gallery a couple of years ago at the Kusama show which was staged there.

The card would look great framed, is in pristine condition and measures 20 cm across at its widest point. The red areas are slightly in relief of the silver areas, giving the piece a slightly 3D appearance. I have another of these for sale in white with red spots - please see my other listings.

Internationally renowned Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama works in a wide range of media, from drawing, painting and photography to installation and performance art. Yayoi Kusama's art is strongly influenced by the dreams and visions of the polka-dotted world she saw in her childhood.

Throughout his 60-year career, he has created paintings, sketches, and sculptures that are layered with relentlessly repeated polka dots, nets, squiggles, and stickers. The MoMA collection includes Kusama's work in different mediums, covering his career from the 1950s to the present.
