- Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days upon receiving cleared payment, except for pre-order items. Those ship on day of release.
- We ship Monday through Friday in order to get the item(s) to you as quickly as possible. Any order made after 12pm CST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Best Offers:
- We do consider reasonable best offers for certain items.
- Making any offer under 70% of the list price will be declined immediately, and the higher the offer, the better chance it has to be accepted.
- Buyers who spam us with constant offers that we find disrespectful will be blocked. We take all offers seriously, so any "lowball" offers is seen as disrespectful to us. We do not need a spam of offers below 50% and find it as a waste of our time.
Returns:
- All trading cards/graded cards sales are final and we do not offer returns.
Card Conditions:
- M/NM (Mint/Near Mint) - A card that has little to no imperfections. Centering is under 60/40 and cards with this grade will show no signs of play, have no bends, creases, bends, dings, wear on surfaces or edges, markings, coloring, etc.
- NM (Near Mint) - A card that may have minor imperfections, such as minor print lines or minor scratching. Centering is 70/30 or better. No major significant surface damage and card is clear from edge or corner wear of any kind.
- LP (Light Played) -Cards with this grade may have a few dings, light playwear and/or edgewear. May have minor noticeable scratching or surface wear.
- MP (Moderately Played) - Cards with this grade may have dings, surface wear, playwear and/or edgewear, 1 or 2 creases or bends that do not go through the length of the card.
- HP (Heavy Played) - Cards with this grade may have dings, playwear and/or edgewear, creases or bends that may go the length of the card, markings and/or coloring, tears on the edges. Despite being the lowest of grading, these cards are still tournament legal.
- DM (Damaged) - A damaged card is damaged in a way that most likely is unplayable in tournaments, even in a sleeve. This damage may include heavy wear, creases, dents, scratches, bends, scuffs, tears, inking, water damage and/or other types of damage.
