This hardbound book is an excellent condition for it’s 101 years of age. There is some fading and wear mostly to the spine but a little along the edges and corners. Binding is strong and secure. Illustrations have an art nouveau look to them and were reproduced by Messrs. Waterlow and Sons’ photo-engraving process. Pages are very clean with very little smudge markings, if any, and a few wrinkles.  pages are not that age stain and there are no dog ears or tears.
