In some cases Yes your item will be shipped by the preorder date as described in the listing. However, there might be a delay with the retailer at that time I will contact all customers if there is a change in the delivery of all orders.

Note: If your preorder item exceeds the 30 business days I will mark your item as shipped per eBay shipping policies. This DOES NOT mean I have shipped your item.
