The benefits of Green Lipped Mussels
Green lipped mussels (perna canaliculus) grow to be the largest mussels in the world thanks to the perfect conditions in which they are grown. As a result, each mussel is packed full of beneficial omega 3 fatty acids, glycoproteins and amino acids. Green lipped mussels are only grown in the clear unspoiled waters off the New Zealand coast, where the pure water conditions make the nutritional content of the mussels so unique.

For adults take two to three capsules daily, preferably separate to food, last thing at night or as directed by a healthcare professional.
