This lot consists of three (of four) volumes in the Edible Wild Plants of Canada series written by Adam F. Szczawinski and Nancy J. Turner and published by National Museum of Natural Sciences between 1978 and 1980. They're 8"x8" spiral-bound softcovers. Besides general information about the plants, there are recipes that include them.

Vol. 1: Edible Garden Weeds of Canada (184 pages)

Vol. 3: Edible Wild Fruits and Nuts of Canada (212 pages)

Vol. 4: Wild Green Vegetables of Canada (179 pages)

The books are in good condition, with rubbing, scuffing, some scratches and corner creases to the covers. Vol. 4 has a sticker on the half-title page; the others are unmarked.
