BCAA 4:1:2 (L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), TPW Vitamin and Mineral Blend (Tricalcium Phosphate, Vitamin C, Magnesium Oxide Heavy, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid Vitamin B12).

Directions

We recommend consuming 9 g 2-4 times daily. Add three black scoops (6 g) to 150 - 200 ml of water or juice. Then shake and consume.
