Peas (Pisum Sativum) are botanically a fruit and offer an array of micronutrients. Our Peas are selected and cleaned, then undergo a centrifugal separation process to remove unwanted sediment. The resulting mixture is heated at 50-60°C to form a protein-dense liquid which is flash-sterilised and spray-dried into a dehumidified powder.
