This is a unique and wonderful vintage dress/fur clip in a horseshoe/rainbow shape with fun robin's egg blue floral celluloid "balls." I believe it to be an early unsigned piece by Miriam Haskell.
It can be worn horizontally or vertically and is a great statement piece that will turn heads!
In very good vintage condition with light age-related wear to the surface and some tiny spotting of what appears to be blue paint on the back (see last photo).
